Lukasz Berc

CEO & Chairman

Originally from Legnica, Poland. A leader with over 10 years of experience at the intersection of technology, esports, and global business. He lived in Sweden for 8 years, building his career in esports, then spent 2 years in Dubai developing international projects before returning to Poland. He started by managing the Polish community at Ninjas in Pyjamas, went on to coordinate global marketing campaigns with brands like Riot Games, Valve, WWF, and Samsung, and now serves as COO at BitSkins, where he oversees operations of one of the world's largest CS2 skin marketplaces. During 6+ years at NiP, he co-shaped the brand's presence across platforms like Twitch, YouTube, Weibo, and Bilibili, led charity projects with WOŚP, and provided live coverage from the biggest esports tournaments worldwide. Today he combines Polish entrepreneurship with international scale, managing teams across three continents and growing LuKas Holdings as a family-owned technology and investment holding.
